Wonderful mid century design loft in Berlin

Thursday, June 29

Wow, the interior of this loft is right up my alley. It has a perfect 60s / 70s vibe, supported by an amazing collection of mid century modern design.

There is really so much to see from the great collection of pottery and wood objects, interesting wood paneling on one of the walls, built in cabinets and of course interesting kitchen, with striking color scheme contrasting with the rest of the apartment.

This is really a mid century modern design lovers dream house, love it!

Retro Bohemian Apartment in Netherlands

Monday, March 14

Lovely, colorful vibes and vintage, thrifted design pieces forms the atmosphere of this spacious, historic apartment located in the Hague.

I like how the owners of this place kept most of the original elements intact so there are some beautiful old doors, stucco and fireplaces and this look is updated with a colorful retro furniture and decor with a bit of bohemian, shabby chic aesthetics.  My favorite place here is the living room with all those lovely colorful details and beautiful large sliding doors leading to the dining room.

An Art Collector’s Apartment

Saturday, March 12

The owner of this apartment located in São Paulo love the art so much that he made his whole home to be an art gallery. The way how the gallery section is fused with the rest of the house is almost seamless and looks quite impressing.  I really like how they separated the bedroom from the rest of the place by a trio of moving bookshelves  as a secret chamber.

In past weeks I got some cool new items for my mid century modern collection.  All is made in Czech Republic in around 60s-70s. I especially love the tall striped vase!
