In this apartment there is a really nice detail in a form of ornament painted ceiling. This touch adds a noble and extraordinary atmosphere here, something that you don't see often even in the historic apartments.

With a strong decor element like this, you must be careful with other stuff and I think it ended up very well here. Light gray wood paneling and kitchen cabinets, bright wooden floors and minimalist approach to furniture seems to be a way to go.

This apartment is simply stunning.  It belongs to an interior stylist Cille Grut who did a fantastic job here. The interior is a great place itself, with some beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, stuccoes and large windows but when this is updated with a couple of fantastic decor ideas the result is perfect.

I totally love the living room with a duo of PK22 chairs which connects directly to a workspace area with a gallery wall and plenty of books. I also like the simplistic kitchen done in a light gray in combination with bright wood.

It is quite unusual color scheme for a Scandinavian interior but if you look closely you will find that the aesthetic is there. I like how consistently the apartment is decorated with this two color scheme. In every room you will find a yellow accent piece, being it a couch, chair or a painted wall. Owners for sure love industrial style also as there are some amazing factory lamps used and metal furniture as well.

Home of Louise and Matthijs, located in Netherlands contains a nice mix of ethnic and Scandinavian influences.  It is decorated with their findings from travels and also classic designer pieces.  Combination of gray, black and white with a bright wood flooring is very nice and current Christmas decor goes with it perfectly.

I really like the airy atmosphere here, combination of white and light grays with some black and white decor  have a very calming effect. This combination works great in the kitchen where gray Eames chairs were used with a white furniture with a  nice  result. I think it works very nicely and the pretty wooden floor preventing the whole place from being too cold.

I really like the way how this small apartment was decorated, it again uses the gray and black combo with the natural wood tones and it is indeed a well working combination.  Black floor is a nice touch you do not find very often, but thanks to a large windows it is  not a problem here. All the place is very consistent and clean in styling with a nice mix of retro and modern designs.

I really like the look of this interior. Various shades of gray works perfectly with the natural wood and black and white decor.  It is probably mostly pronounced in the bedroom which looks very clean and balanced. Living room contains a lot of String furniture which I personally love and it is a great match to the rest of the furniture used here. If you look carefully you will notice a subtle use of mustard yellow color which works as a refreshing accent.
