Phenomenal Home with Modern Art and Houseplants

Thursday, March 31

Just WOW, this amazing 450 sqm large house located in Great Britain is a wonderful showcase of design classics, eclecticism and botanical decor.  I really like the rich use of houseplants here, which makes the atmosphere inviting and cozy. The combination of green and yellow colors  is very positive and the huge selection of modern art adds an interesting, bohemian look. Definitely, this an extraordinary place!

Gentle and Cozy Scandinavian Apartment

Wednesday, March 23

I love this simple and cozy place which has a really  lovely, calm vibe to it. My favorite corner here is the dining place with a set of beautiful Eames fiberglass chairs and an interesting art composition on the wall (there is also a nice art used above the vintage looking cabinet in the living room).
In the bedroom,  dark bluish gray color is used on the walls which is a very nice touch!  Also, you can spot some nice houseplants around here too, especially the monstera is a  really a great choice in this kind of interior.

Serene Scandinavian Apartment with a Touch of Nature

Monday, March 14

Fabulous place. This bright Copenhagen apartment shows a beautiful combination of Scandinavian aesthetics with a lovely botanical decor and ethnic elements.

The trend of botanical decor and rich use of houseplants is something I like a lot  and when it is skillfully paired with some of the great mid century modern pieces (Jean ProuvĂ© chairs, Cadovius shelves, Panton lamp...) it is perfect.

My favorite spot here is the Cado shelf workspace decorated with star wars toys and figures and the living room with a nice mustard yellow sofa and dark green painted wall.

Bohemian Chic Apartment with a Botanical Decor

Friday, March 11

I really love the use of  botanical decor in this cozy Swedish apartment. From the live plants to some lovely pillows and and old educational posters.  In the dining area there is a nice rustic table and pastel colored chairs which goes perfectly with the rest of the place.  There is also a beautiful old fireplace which looks fabulous and I like the gallery wall behind the sofa too.

Organic Apartment in Taiwan

Wednesday, February 24

Taiwan-based HAO Design designed this joyful place with a lot of plants and playful elements.  I love the various colors used on the many of the cabinets here which also serve as a separation of the opened place to a various zones (kitchen, dining, living...).

In the dining area there is a plenty of beautifully made storage space and also a place for the piano. On the right side you will find a huge white library with an interesting stairs / shelves leading probably to kids room. All the interior have a very natural, organic atmosphere which creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Simplistic, Contrasting Interior

Monday, February 8

Really beautiful contrasting decor could be seen in this apartment.  Black furniture placed on the bright wooden floors and white walls all around the house. This nice combo is flourished with a large amount of houseplants. Only room using more colorful scheme is the kids room, where pretty pastel colors are used.  I really love the black wire planters here - anyone knows the brand?
