Macramé is currently being more and more popular especially in the bohemian interiors. These knotted wall hangings are looking amazing and can make any dull or empty wall interesting, even without the use of any color.

I was looking for some inspiration on pinterest and you can see what I found on the photos bellow. Personally, my favorite place for hanging macramé is above the bed, but it looks great practically anywhere. What is your opinion on this trend?

After a batch of small places, it is a time for something bigger. This spacious villa is definitely something special.

Iside, you can find a beautiful mix of natural wood tone gray color and a combination of both modern and exotic decor.

These two decor styles fit together perfectly and it makes the atmosphere quite unique and special.  I really love the atmosphere here even I am not a big fan of wood ceilings and prefer white here it totally works as there is plenty of light coming through the extensive number of windows.

Apart from the original exotic decor pieces and rustic furnifurnitureI spot some Tolix chairs and  Arne Jacobsens AJ floorlamp.

Maria Tofts apartment in Frederiksberg is truly astonishing. Filled with obscurities, vintage objects, art and having a strong French, bohemian atmosphere.

I really like the look, which has a very personal feel and all the rustic elements provide quite special look.

The home of fashion designer John Derian located on a New Yorks East Village has an amazing atmosphere and 19th century charm.

His approach to decorating his apartment was to leave as many original elements as possible which resulted into a splendid mix of rustic style merged with contemporary design.

I really like the look he achieved as it has a strong personality and some corners, like for example the photo with the fireplace, looks really magical.

Home of Lone Mariel has a stylish personality, uncommon ideas and a special rustic charm.

Her choices are rather unorthodox, combining historic and rustic decor with a typical Scandinavian black and white aesthetics, wood paneling  plus a lot of houseplants.

I truly adore her sense for detail and the look she achieved here is absolutely fantastic!
