Home of Christina Kattrup Schroeder is ready for Christmas. Her 750 square meters large farm house has a beautiful charm with its exposed beams, nice mixture of vintage and modern design and all the holiday decor which fits here perfectly. Extra large dining table must be great for festive dining and the super large sofa in the living room seems really comfy.

Welcome to the home of talented Italian designer Pietro Russo. Not only he is the the creator of many  of the furniture and lighting pieces you can find here,  he is also responsible for a decoration and renovation of this 1920s art nouveau apartment.

I really like the feeling of extravaganza and luxury in combination with the vintage elements, especially the wood paneling which is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful example of combining the mid century modern design with the contemporary architecture. There are countless modernist design pieces around the home, skillfully combined into a perfect symbiosis with the rest of the interior. As usually this extra bit of retro playfulness creating a very positive and cozy mood in otherwise  minimalist place. Totally love the dining table setup with the cool wire chairs and of course the living room with the red, white & wood combo.

Hello my dear readers, as you may have noticed, the blog was quite dead for the past few months, which now should finally change. I´m redesigning the blog for a new, cleaner look, which should make viewing experience much better. It may cause some problems with functionality - so if you find anything, do not hesitate to write about it in comments.

In this 130 m² flat located in  Vesterbro in Copenhagen, Marie and her family created an amazing place to live. In every room there is a nice selection of classical design pieces like Nelsons writing desk or wonderful mid century sideboard with colorful sliding doors (I really like this one!).

Whole apartment utilizes a nice wooden floor and white walls leading to a relaxed cozy feeling. From start to finish, all the decor elements were chosen with a great care and one must really appreciate the work that was done with fitting even the smallest details together - like the use of turquoise color on small vases and other pretty stuff. Really nice - what do you think?

Today I would like to show you another amazing loft, this time from London. Designed by Marc Peridis and located at the building of St Martins Art School in Soho. I really love the design pieces and furniture used here, it is not filled with a classic mid century modern selection but instead it utilizes some very fresh designs. ( if anyone know what brands are the lamps and other stuff - please let me know). The main living area is just amazing. All the furniture is selected so well that it creates perfect symbiosis of shapes and colors. Same is the kitchen area, where pastel blue colored wall creating a  very nice contrast with the rest of the white walls. I'm in love with this loft, what is your opinion?

Home of Lisbeth Assenholt shows some nice colors and remarkable ideas. Her decor for the upcoming holidays is very bold and  happy, same as the rest of her apartment. Purple and blue colors seems to dominate but there are some pops of the other colors as well. Home have a very friendly, positive feeling and I really like how the Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations are done here. Other than that there is a great art wall behind the sofa and a nice dining table with wishbone chairs - always good to see.

Christmas in this Danish home are decorated very simply , which for someone may be a bit sparse but I think it fits very well into the style of this minimalistic place. Black, white and selection of some awesome decor, simple small workspace and super cute nursery, those are just a few highlights from this home I really love. What are yours?
