The architect Ola Jonsson did some amazing work here. This row house located in Östermalm is designed with a Nordic design perfection and the look is truly beautiful.

Inside you can find furniture from Ikea and Jysk along with vintage piece and they all fit together perfectly. With the light gray, white and natural wood tones, the atmosphere is tranquil and calm.

I really like the wooden dividing wall used between the living area and kitchen and the tea drinking area with the legless chairs is a very original, well-developed idea!

Situated in the middle of a suburb of Tokyo lays a house by the Japanese architect Keiji Ashizawa Surrounded by the trees and vegetation, the home stands as a great example of how to connect nature with city living.

His latest house is a wonderful example of the modern living in a harmony with traditions.  Around the house, you will notice a rich use of wood, which is a dominant material along with metal. This creates a nice balance and gave the house a bit of a loft look.

The house is furnished with a nice mix of vintage and contemporary pieces.  In the main hall,  you can find a pair of Barcelona chairs,vintage Japanese cabinet, tripod studio light lamp and the amazing Bang & Olufsen Beoplay Speaker.

From the architectural standpoint, I really love the look of the interior, with its high ceiling which enhances the spacious feel of the house and the glass panel wall,  heading to the garden.

Living in such house must be a joy!

The renovation of this house really amaze me.  I can't get enough of this opened space with super high ceiling, enormous bookcases, and large windows.

There is so many cool design piece around the house that it is hard to notice them all in one sitting.
It is a wild and exciting mix of mid century and contemporary furniture.

I like that the walls and floors were mostly done in a white color which adds to the spaciousness of the place and colors were reserved for the decor and furniture.

This idilic house has a really nice cozy atmosphere with an amazing use of wood. I love the rustic, old beams which can be seen throughout the house and gives a lot to the atmosphere here.  The whole place is dominate by a large opened kitchen and big, traditional fireplace which is totally awesome. Apart from the Wegners wishbone chairs there is not any classic design furniture used but I like that yellow green  sofa in the living room section. Definitely a warm and cozy place.

This is one of the best interiors I saw in a long time. I just love this place. This large Parisian apartment, which is actually available for rent through airbnb is looking simply stunning. The basis - beautiful wood paneling,  rich stucco, extra large windows and marble fireplaces is already amazing, but the interior is also furnished with a great selection of mid century modern pieces and contemporary design.  This combination is simply perfect.

There is a nice use of dark painted walls and doors in some rooms, especially the dining room looks super cool with the dark gray wall and in the bedroom, this effect is used also to great effect. The way how the workspace area was executed is also interesting, there is actually place for two people and it is connected with a huge built in library.

Home of decorator Mikel Irastorza has a true vintage spirit and combines together a love for art and mid century modern design.  I really adore this look with exposed white bricks, patterned rugs, modernist art and some very cool mid century furniture and pottery.  The living room here is probably my favorite place in the apartment as it looks totally gorgeous and is filled with some great stuff like (string shelves!) .  In the kitchen / dining area there is a cool dividing wall with a lot of openings in it supporting the fantastic 50/60s look here.
