Pastel Colors Power

Thursday, January 17

This mid century modern home in Melbourne is a project by interior designers, Hecker Guthrie. There has been a lot of work done, when some walls were taken down, to make a place more opened. I think that result is great, this minimalist place, where mostly wood tones prevail is also spiced up with nice pastel tones of mid century modern furniture pieces which adds warmth and  cozy mood to it.

Black, White & Pink

Wednesday, January 9

Such a lovely space, classic bright white Scandinavian elegance with just a small touch of pink. I really dig that bookshelf above the doors to the kitchen and also the dining area with the view to the garden is magnificent.

WOW - this interior is really great, I'm liking the pure B&W rooms more and more, everything is perfectly styled here, bit of modern, bit of rustic, bit of mid century modern - just fantastic!

Inside 1935 Funtcionalist House in Aarhus

Tuesday, July 10

Natural wood, white and black - favorite combination in many scandinavian interiors and always so effective.
This functionalist house owned by two danish architects is really nice and decent. I really adore the big kitchen connected with dining area here and  also great selection of seating furniture.

Design Classics Filled 250 sqm Danish Apartment

Tuesday, November 22

Frederik Nellemanns apartment is just awesome  - I love big spacy places where you can have tons of interesting design pieces and still it stays airy and bright.  Frederiks collection of various design furniture is beautiful and same is the feel of this place. I also  like the "rawness" provided by the natural wood flooring, massive wood furniture and other rustic elements.

Renovated Danish Station House

Monday, August 1

I always liked the idea of renovating some old Station Building for living, well I hope if I get the chance it end at least as good like this house.

It came trough a complete renovation, leaving only few original elements. As it is almost standard in scandinavia - the floors and walls  were painted white  and in result there is a nice clean interior ornated by some great furniture pieces like Eanes rocking chair, PK22 chair and vintage danish modern pieces.

Malmö Aaprtment wtih Vintage Charm

Thursday, July 7

As they say, only serious thing they done after buying this cute apartment was painting walls and some of the floors white, they liked the vintage feel of the interior so they keeped most of it as it was, adding their own furniture and decorations.

Result is a cozy place with character,  all white kitchen looks very fresh  and the dining area have bit of luxury / eclectic feel. Well done.
